Setting up tags with import sheets

Creating tags is simple with Lexop’s import functionality. By leveraging data from your recipient import files, Lexop seamlessly pulls in information, making it easy to transfer data from your core system to the platform.

To get started, export the necessary fields from your core system into a file (CSV, XLSX, XML, TSV, or TXT). For tags to function properly, ensure your import file includes the relevant fields. Below is a breakdown of the required and optional tags (columns):

*Important: Ensure that the Duration is always paired with a valid Frequency to fully define the payment schedule. If the duration is too short, certain frequencies may not be available (e.g., monthly payments will not appear for a 5-week duration plan).

**Important: Frequency is calculated based on the arrangement’s start date. Be mindful of this when scheduling.
